Order Processing

All BayBorn products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Products may be fulfilled and shipped from different production facilities depending on availability and product type.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BayBorn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order has not entered production, we may be able to update the shipping address upon request.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BayBorn is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
