Made-to-Order Products

All BayBorn products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Incorrect color selected
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Ordering by mistake

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and problem

Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in working with the shipping carrier to determine the status of your shipment.

BayBorn is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to accommodate your request.
